We are a specialist supplier of prepared vegetables (char grilled), Olive oils, Vinegars, Sauces, Antipasti, steamed and marinated Mediterranean vegetables, sun-dried and semi-dried tomatoes, confits, casserolet, pates, terrains, a whole range of naturally prepared exotic ready meals...and much much more...
The ffc team is based in Brighton with additional storage and distribution in Kent from which we distribute all our speciality foods to customers throughout the UK (no volume restrictions).
We have many years experience within the team, covering restaurant ownership, food service, catering, distribution, global sourcing and marketing . But this does not mean we are not willing to learn and would appreciate your comments and products you would like to see in our range.
As well as online shopping we have a Retail Shop (yes a real one!) in Brighton - pop in and say Hello!
Product sourcing is crucial to our success. Some of the tried and tested regions:
- Puglia, Southern Italy - fantastic flavour in their prepared vegetables, handmade pastas from Granano and spicy Olive oils from small factories.
- Brittany, Western France - totally new food experience to the UK - Seagreens and seaweed products (with pasta, condiments, Nori, Dulse…).
- Crete - no explanation needed - probably the best olive oil in the world.
Our aim is to offer you a range and choice of foods to meet your requirements whether you are a chef in a restaurant or a chef cooking for friends and family. You can see from the range of pack sizes we stock we can supply larger packs down to portions.
